"I have never been to a Nespresso store though I’ve owned a Verturo machine for two years. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jacobo and Arcangelo! Very kind, helpful and gave me coffee recommendations as well as local places to visit. Both of these kind gentleman spoke English perfectly. What a gem of a place to visit! Grazie per tutto!"
